The hotel is a digital dream with efficient contactless check-in and check-out, allowing you to skip the lines and get straight to adventure.

Rooms can get surprisingly hot overnight, even with the heating off, and you can't crack a window due to noise from nearby bars-a definite downside for light sleepers. The gym has limited equipment, with weights scattered around and not in the best condition, while the parking system is confusing and charges extra without clear prior notice. If you're taller than 175 cm, watch out for the cramped showers. Some corners show signs of neglect with dusty corners. There's no breakfast on-site, leaving you to fend for yourself at the nearby supermarket if you're looking for a morning bite.

Skiing convenience at its finest

The heated storage for our ski gear was a thoughtful addition.

The noise from nearby bars could be disruptive at night was great. The breakfast options were quite limited, disappointing given the hotel's four-star rating.

Had a very nice stay, the hotel is good standard and quiet.

The room was functional and well-kept with 2 double beds - we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was incredible - not too far away from Ski Lift Flims.

The place provides good prices, had a really nice stay of February 2023. The venue is clean, with great and fantastic location just off cable car / ski areas and the slope and the Arena Express gondola. The rooms are functional and impeccably clean with a wonderfull view to the mountains, so that guests have essentials. The hotel staff is very welcoming and accommodating...

flims vibes and good views 🌄

So the location was just tops, a quick walk to the gondola and a lekker brekkie buffet every morning! Had a comfy room with a solid view of the mountains, and the chommies at reception were super friendly. Nice touch, ja!

The place can get a bit noisy at night with people partying outside, so not the best for light sleepers, but it didn't wreck my vibe too much.

Absolutely perfect location, we were near to the bus station, ski slopes, big rooms and nice view and the center of Flims next to the rope ways. It also was right next to the bus stop. There was lots of fab meals.

Restaurant was missed, we were a little disappointed.

I loved the warm welcome from the staff who helped me plan my activities during my trip.

But, the room was too warm and the breakfast was pretty average. All sweet as otherwise!

Fantastic location right by the gondola! The gym offers a fine view, and the customer service via WhatsApp is responsive!

The shower was a bit cramped, and the parking can be tricky to arrange in advance.

Just an excellent fit for a weekend escape in Flims with definitely value for money. The heated storage for ski gear was a lifesaver after a long day on the slopes. Arrive early for the best parking options nearby.

Highly-recommended for group escapades

Got all the codes easily for check-in and check-out, made everything smooth and hassle-free. The room we were in was bigger than expected for a mountain hotel, perfect for all of us and the dog too. The heated room for our ski gear was a nice touch!

It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.

Had an awesome stay with plenty of space in the room and easy access to everything we needed for skiing. I loved chilling on the sun terrace and indulging in a full body massage to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin the fun! 😄

Excellent staff helped us with luggage and very friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed the cozy ambiance and beautiful mountain views from the room .
